This policy describes how Real Estate RE Marketing Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the MaliHaus brand, handles information collected through the MaliHaus campaign landing page at getoffer.malihaus.com and its property-enquiry form. References to MaliHaus on this page refer to the brand of Real Estate RE Marketing Inc.
Information collected
When you complete an enquiry, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type and condition, ownership or occupancy details, preferred selling timeframe, preferred contact method and callback time, and any notes you choose to share. We also record your responses, an enquiry summary, and your consent with its timestamp and page address.
The page records campaign parameters, referral source, landing-page information and timestamps to help identify where an enquiry originated. Browser storage supports attribution and helps prevent duplicate submissions. Please do not submit passwords, bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the form or chat.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to assess your property enquiry, respond to questions, contact you about your property, coordinate follow-up and appointments, and operate our enquiry process. Campaign and interaction information helps us understand how visitors reach and use the page and assess campaign performance.
Service providers
This page is hosted through GitHub Pages. The enquiry form uses HighLevel/LeadConnector. A configured HighLevel workflow forwards new-contact information to Zapier for downstream automation. These providers process information needed to host the page or deliver their services. Third-party services handle information under their own privacy policies as well as the arrangements applicable to our use of their services.
Cookies, browser storage and measurement
The page uses browser storage for enquiry attribution, submission state and duplicate-submission protection. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives browser requests. Third-party form and measurement services may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings; restricting them may affect page features. With your permission, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel measures landing-page visits and successfully delivered enquiries to help attribute results to our ChatGPT ads. Automatic advanced matching may detect contact information on the page and normalize and securely hash supported identifiers in your browser before sending them to OpenAI. We do not add property details, selling circumstances or enquiry notes to Pixel events. Measurement is disabled until you choose “Allow measurement.” Choose “Decline,” or use “Advertising privacy choices” on the enquiry page to withdraw permission for future measurement. A Global Privacy Control signal disables advertising measurement, including when a previous choice allowed it. Events request an opt-out from future user-level personalization. Browser settings may also restrict cookies or storage. Read OpenAI’s privacy policy for its handling of information.
Calls and text messages
Submitting an enquiry requests a response from MaliHaus, a brand of Real Estate RE Marketing Inc., using the details you provide. A separate, optional checkbox asks for permission for marketing calls and texts, including automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. It is unchecked by default. You can submit an enquiry without granting marketing permission. We record your choice, disclosure wording, policy version and timestamp. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help at (321) 655-2099. We will not share or sell mobile data to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Privacy requests and retention
To ask about information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future marketing contact, email mmali@malihaus.com. Please identify your enquiry without sending sensitive identification documents. Requests are subject to applicable requirements, including any recordkeeping obligations, and may require verification of your identity.
Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, ongoing business dealings, applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements, and the need to retain consent or opt-out records. Contact us for information about records associated with your enquiry and applicable access, deletion or other privacy rights. We do not promise immediate deletion where records must be retained.

Links to the main MaliHaus website and other services may have separate privacy notices. We may revise this policy as the landing page and its services change. The effective date above identifies this version.
